Hi there! I’m Katie and I am the Surrogacy Program Director and Co-Founder here at our agency. I’ve been in the fertility industry for over 10 years and have had the privilege of working closely with both egg donors and surrogates throughout my career. Helping families grow has always been my passion, and it’s an honor to support intended parents and surrogates through such a meaningful journey.

After many years of working together, Trish and I were thrilled to take the leap and open our own agency. We shared a vision for creating a more personal, compassionate, and experienced-driven approach to surrogacy—and we’re so proud of what we’ve built together.

I truly love what I do. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is getting to meet parents and surrogates in person and attending deliveries. Those moments are incredibly special and a reminder of why this work matters so much.

When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me spending time with my husband, our three kids, and our bulldogs. We love traveling as a family, exploring new places, spending time with our extended family, or enjoying a relaxing day at the beach whenever we get the chance.

Alongside my amazing business partner, Katie Faust, we are so proud to have co-founded The Surrogacy Agency. Together, we share a vision of creating a more personal, supportive, and ethical experience for our Intended Parents and Surrogates.. With years of experience in the surrogacy world—working in a variety of roles across different agencies—I bring deep knowledge, compassion, and a hands-on approach to every family I work with.

In my role, I’m honored to guide Intended Parents through every step of the process. I take the time to truly get to know each family on a personal level so that I can thoughtfully and intentionally match them with a surrogate who aligns with their values, hopes, and expectations. I’m not just here to guide you—I’m here to be a steady, caring presence during one of the most meaningful journeys of your life.

If I’m not working with you directly, there’s a good chance I’m out on the water, soaking up the sunshine with my dogs (they’re always by my side!). Even then, I’m probably thinking about how to make the surrogacy journey even more joyful and fulfilling for the parents and surrogates I work with.

Helping others build the families they dream of isn’t just my job—it’s my passion.

Katie and Trish helped me with my surrogate journey in 2020-2021. Although our legal process was slower than normal..this was at the beginning of COVID! Katie and Trish worked hard with legal to revise my contract with any new COVID guidelines. 

Every step after that, I was prepared for and it was made so easy. I felt informed and very well taken care of with this team. The appreciation and patience they showed for my part in the journey was unmatched and I could never thank them enough. I am proud of the work we did together and would definitely encourage others to work with them.  Katie and Trish were amazing throughout our whole surrogacy process. We had a couple of failed embryo transfers before we received the news that we were pregnant and they were just very informative and supportive throughout the whole process. Once we had the pregnancy, they became even more helpful, guiding us through the process of the surrogacy all the way through until our son was born in California USA. I can’t imagine having done this process without them. I would highly recommend their services because they were super professional and informative throughout the entire process and with a great deal of attention to every phase.
